Acceptable use policy
Effective August 1, 2026 · Part of the terms of service
The service exists for one purpose: lawful marketing of real property by people authorized to market it. Almost everything below follows from that sentence and from one house conviction — a marketing photo may make a home look its best, and it may not lie about what the home is.
Never, in any kit
- Concealing or disguising a defect a buyer would want to know about.
- Misrepresenting what the property is: adding rooms, structures, views, or land that do not exist, altering house numbers, faking the neighborhood, or misrepresenting scale and condition.
- Publishing altered imagery with the disclosure labels stripped off. Every covered alteration we make ships labeled beside its original; removing that pairing is on you and violates these terms along with, in California, AB 723.
- Marketing a property you are not authorized to market, or uploading a listing's photos without the rights to use them.
- Using kit assets in service of fraud of any kind: mortgage, appraisal, insurance, title, or rental-listing scams.
- Steering or excluding buyers in violation of fair-housing law. We write copy about houses, never about who should live in them, and we expect the same of anything you add.
What you upload
Photos must be real photographs of the actual property, supplied under rights you hold. Do not upload previously AI-staged or composite images as if they were originals, other agents' photos, watermarked images with the watermark cropped or removed, or images of people without their consent. Nothing obscene, nothing depicting minors, nothing unlawful.
The systems
No probing, scraping, reverse-engineering, or automated bulk use of the site, the intake, or the delivery pages; no reselling or white-labeling the service without a written agreement with us; no using the service to build or benchmark a competing product; no sharing accounts to dodge plan limits.
Enforcement
We can decline work, remove content, pause an account, or terminate it, scaled to the violation — an honest mistake gets a conversation, deception gets a termination. Where the cause is fixable we say what it is first. Unlawful material gets reported to the authorities the law expects us to report it to.
