Fair use policy

Plans are priced for a working agent's real volume, and we would rather write the boundaries down than surprise anyone with them. Exact allowances and prices are the ones on the plan page and at checkout; this page is how they behave at the edges.

What one kit covers

One kit serves one listing at one address. The assets are licensed for marketing that listing and your own practice. A new listing is a new kit, including a relisting of the same property under a materially new engagement. Reasonable revision requests on a delivered kit are part of the service; rebuilding a kit from scratch because the material changed is a new kit.

Banked kits

Unused monthly kits bank, and banked kits do not expire. That includes after you cancel: a banked kit was paid for, so it stays yours, redeemable whenever the listing shows up. Banking exists to smooth out the rhythm of a real pipeline, not to stockpile at one price and redeem in bulk later; we may ask to talk when redemption patterns stop looking like a working agent's year.

The plans are for your practice

A subscription serves the named agent or team that bought it. Reselling kits, white-labeling the service, running other agents' listings through your account, or splitting one subscription across a brokerage requires a written agreement with us — that conversation is easy to have, and brokerage pricing exists for exactly this.

Limits that protect everyone

Automated bulk submissions, scripted use of the intake, and redistribution of delivery pages are off-limits; the systems serve people preparing real listings. Uploads are capped at 30MB per image. Turnaround targets shown on the plan page are targets we hold ourselves to, not guaranteed service levels.

If you hit a limit

The ladder runs in this order: we tell you, we suggest the plan that fits, and only then, if the pattern continues, we slow or pause the account. If we ever reduce an allowance for existing subscribers, you get at least 30 days' notice first. Nobody gets throttled by surprise.
