Privacy policy
Effective August 1, 2026 · All policies: the legal index
Agents for Agents is a studio of Begin Again Productions, based in Fairfax, California. This policy covers agentsforagents.co and the Listing Kit service. It is written to be read, and it describes what actually happens, including the parts most policies leave out.
The short version
- This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
- We collect personal information only when you give it to us in a form, or when you become a customer and hand us material to build your kits from.
- We never sell personal information, and we never share it for advertising.
- Email us at support@agentsforagents.co to see, correct, or delete anything we hold about you.
What we collect on this website
If you submit one of our forms, we receive what you type: your name, email address, market, an optional note, and a listing link if you share one. That goes into our database and arrives in our inbox so we can reply. That is the entire purpose it is used for.
Our pages send a small, anonymous signal when you interact with certain elements, recording only the interaction, the time, and the page path. It carries no identifier and sets nothing in your browser, so it cannot recognize you or connect one visit to another. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, as every host does.
Our pages load typefaces from two font services, Google Fonts and Fontshare. Like any web request, fetching a font shares your IP address and browser details with those hosts. Neither sets cookies.
What we collect from customers
Building a Listing Kit requires material about you and your listing, and you provide all of it: contact details, brokerage, the listing address and photos, links to your public profiles, samples of your own writing, and optionally a short voice recording, which we transcribe. We use this material to produce your kits and to make them sound like you. We do not use one customer's material for another customer's work, and we do not train AI models on any of it — your photos and your voice make your kits, and that is the end of their job. For brokerages that need processor terms in writing, the data processing addendum carries the formal commitments.
How long we keep things
| Data | Kept |
|---|---|
| Form submissions | Until you ask us to delete them, or they stop being useful |
| Customer material | Life of the account, gone within 90 days after deletion |
| Altered assets and their originals | 7 years — the disclosure trail AB 723 exists to guarantee |
| Billing records | 7 years, as tax law requires |
If we ever become aware of a breach of your personal data, we notify affected people within 72 hours of confirming it, with what we know and what we are doing about it.
Services that process data for us
We run on a small set of infrastructure providers, each receiving only what its job requires:
| Service | Job | What it touches |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payments | Checkout and billing; your card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers |
| Vercel | Hosting | All site traffic; standard access logs |
| Supabase | Database and file storage | Form submissions and customer material |
| Resend | Email delivery | Form contents sent to our inbox; messages we send you |
| Anthropic | Drafting kit copy | Customer voice material and listing details |
| fal.ai / ElevenLabs | Transcribing voice recordings | The recording a customer chooses to make |
| fal.ai / Higgsfield | Generating kit media | Listing photos |
| Perplexity / Firecrawl | Reading a customer's public profiles | The public pages a customer points us to |
| Google Maps | Property imagery | The listing address |
| Inngest | Background job queue | Internal job references |
Cookies
This website sets none, which is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. Customers and operators who sign in to our console receive an essential authentication cookie that keeps them signed in, and nothing else. We use no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking of any kind, so a "Do Not Track" browser signal changes nothing here; there is no tracking to turn off.
Professional outreach
We are a business that markets to licensed real-estate agents, and we maintain a list of professional contacts built from licensed business-data providers and public professional profiles. It holds business information: name, brokerage, title, and work email. Every message we send includes a working unsubscribe and our postal address, and an opt-out is honored the day it arrives, permanently. If you want to know what we hold about you or want it deleted, one email does it.
Your choices and rights
Ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at support@agentsforagents.co. We will do it unless a legal or accounting obligation requires keeping a record, and we will tell you which it is. We keep customer material while your account is active and remove it on request after you leave. We do not sell personal information and have not done so.
California, specifically
We are a California business and honor the rights California privacy law describes — access, correction, deletion, and freedom from retaliation for asking — for everyone, whether or not a statute technically obliges us to at our size. We do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms, so there is no "Do Not Sell or Share" toggle to offer: the thing it would turn off does not happen here.
The boring but true parts
This site and service are for working professionals and are not directed to children. Copyright complaints have their own process in the DMCA policy. If the way we handle data changes in a way that matters, this page changes first and the effective date above moves with it — and if a subprocessor changes, the DPA is updated with 14 days' notice.
